The movement between spaces forms just as much of an impression as the spaces themselves, that’s why we designed the floating staircase in this top floor flat in Earls Court.

The striking timber stairs add visual interest to the open lower floor, allowing this floor to keep one whole spacial feel with no interruption.
This flat acquired three new bedrooms through the roof extension and full refurbishment. The large open plan living area has a coffered ceiling and a sinuous breakfast bar within the room, whilst sash windows stretch across the full wall bringing in an abundance of natural light.
