St Georges Lane
This award-winning project created three new-build terraced houses on a restricted site in Worcestor.
The rapidly increasing demand for more residential properties in London requires us to reconsider how well our urban space is being utilised.
We replaced a singular bungalow with three modern town houses in this area restricted site in Worcester, winning the RIBA commendation for Built Project in Worcester in August 2017.
This build was located on an area-restricted site so three-storey terraced houses were created. The covered parking areas maximise space, with a large open kitchen on the ground floor. The staggering between the houses allows them to be in close proximity without compromise on privacy. Views to the church at the rear of the property are utilised by the expansive glazing and balconies.
