dRAW were engaged to re-model this attractive double-fronted family home in Clapham. The radical internal remodelling of this living space was designed to suit contemporary family living. The client wanted to accentuate the beauty of the existing Victorian property by adding strong elements of modern design.
The renovation of this property allowed for a new gym, two separate living spaces with an open plan kitchenette, a wine cellar and utility room.
A concrete staircase with painted steel banisters, dark polished concrete walls and glazed Crittall partitions create an industrial feel. Natural light floods the living room and a bespoke wine cabinet and large comfortable sofa creates a perfect space for entertaining.
