This full renovation of a Victorian home in Eaton Place transformed the property into a seamless blend of heritage character and contemporary design.

The architectural vision opened up the ground floor, introducing an expansive open-plan layout anchored by a bespoke concrete kitchen island and framed by exposed steel beams.

Crittall-style glazing and exposed London stock brickwork bring an industrial flair, balanced by warm oak flooring and a soft lighting scheme. A dramatic steel staircase with minimalist balustrading rises from the heart of the home, while large rooflights and rear glazing flood the interiors with natural light.

The palette throughout is understated—dark tones, natural textures, and layered greenery create a sense of calm and cohesion. Additional living zones include a tucked-away wine room and a light-filled snug, creating intimate moments within the larger, flowing plan.

This project is a confident example of modern urban living that respects the property's architectural roots while offering smart, high-impact contemporary detailing.
