This full renovation of a Victorian home in Eaton Place transformed the property into a seamless blend of heritage character and contemporary design.

The architectural vision opened up the ground floor, introducing an expansive open-plan layout anchored by a bespoke concrete kitchen island and framed by exposed steel beams.

Crittall-style glazing and exposed London stock brickwork bring an industrial flair, balanced by warm oak flooring and a soft lighting scheme. A dramatic steel staircase with minimalist balustrading rises from the heart of the home, while large rooflights and rear glazing flood the interiors with natural light.

The palette throughout is understated; dark tones, natural textures, and layered greenery create a sense of calm and cohesion. Additional living zones include a tucked-away wine room and a light-filled snug, creating intimate moments within the larger, flowing plan.
